KAY-TECH-TOS-001 v1.0 is a bilingual source draft. Its nine-gate terminology, T4 label, domain list, fee range, quality holdback, warranties, remedies, payment channels, governing law, and stated effective date must be reconciled with the implemented system and approved before publication.

Funding record, not an unlicensed custody claim

The application separates contracted USD value, held currency, peg, equivalent, milestone and ledger state. It does not represent Kayan as a bank or licensed escrow custodian. Real custody and release require an approved banking arrangement, legal authority, AML/CFT controls and dual operations/finance approval.

03 / ACCEPTANCE

Version-bound consent

The schema binds future acceptance to one legal-document record and content hash. A superseded or withdrawn version remains historically attributable but cannot silently replace the version a user accepted.
