LINE I / MANAGED DELIVERY

Buy the outcome, not the hours.

A named counterparty, a signed statement of work, a recorded funding condition, a composed pod, sequenced quality gates, independent review, and client acceptance turn intent into accountable delivery.

G0–G2

Intake, scope, SOW

The outcome, constraints, target date, and indicative budget enter review. Work cannot become active until a versioned SOW is issued and signed by accountable parties.

G3–G6.5

Funding, pod, build

Funding is recorded separately from contracted USD value. A pod allocation is fixed before execution, then mid-build evidence reaches the signed automation audit boundary.

G7–G9

QA, submission, acceptance

Independent QA precedes client submission. Acceptance and release remain separate recorded acts, followed by an immutable contribution and warranty record.
