PUBLIC DELIVERY LEDGER

A public record should prove state without exposing the people behind it.

This ledger currently publishes aggregate institutional record counts. Project-level proof cards will appear only after explicit disclosure approval and privacy review.

01 / CURRENT RECORD0delivery recordsAll project records, regardless of public disclosure state.
02 / CURRENT RECORD0closed gate eventsSequenced gate closures in the institutional database.
03 / CURRENT RECORD0accepted contributionsRecords with acceptance timestamps.
04 / CURRENT RECORD0passed G6.5 auditsSigned automation-audit jobs recorded as passed.
01 / STATE

Gate evidence

Every close event stores the gate, actor, sequence, rationale, prior clearance, and cryptographic clearance while protected fields remain outside the public view.

02 / ACCEPT

Client acceptance

Submission, acceptance, release, contribution, and warranty records are distinct so the ledger does not turn one event into a misleading claim of complete settlement.

03 / PUBLISH

Disclosure approval

A future proof card requires client permission, participant privacy review, and a defined public schema before it can be listed here.
