Every close event stores the gate, actor, sequence, rationale, prior clearance, and cryptographic clearance while protected fields remain outside the public view.

This ledger currently publishes aggregate institutional record counts. Project-level proof cards will appear only after explicit disclosure approval and privacy review.

Client acceptance
Submission, acceptance, release, contribution, and warranty records are distinct so the ledger does not turn one event into a misleading claim of complete settlement.
Disclosure approval
A future proof card requires client permission, participant privacy review, and a defined public schema before it can be listed here.
